J.D. Nichols
Chairman
J. D. Nichols is Chairman of NTS Development Company. He graduated from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1964 and conducted his undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky, with a concentration in accounting, marketing, business administration, and finance. Mr. Nichols began his career in construction and real estate development, in 1965, and since then has overseen the development of more than 10,000 acres of land and 10 million square feet of office, residential, commercial, and industrial construction, throughout the southeastern United States. NTS currently owns and/or manages over 5,700 multifamily units and over 4 million square feet of office, retail, healthcare, and office/showroom space. Mr. Nichols is active in many civic and charitable organizations including the University of Louisville, where he served as a member of the Board of Trustees; the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees; the Board of Overseers; and the University of Louisville Foundation. Reflecting his continuing support of the University and commitment to quality education, its downtown research and office complex has been named “J.D. Nichols Campus for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.” Mr. Nichols has also served as Chairman of the Kentucky Council on School Performance Standards, which was charged with the responsibility for development of the academic agenda incorporated into the Kentucky Education Reform Act (“KERA”) - a program which has been recognized nationally for innovation in education reform. In addition, Mr. Nichols served on the Steering Committee of the Kentucky Education Technology System which was created by KERA, and charged with development of a statewide computerized information system, linking Kentucky’s public schools. He is a past member and chairman of the Council for Education Technology; a past member of both the Prichard Committee for Academic Excellence and the Partnership for Kentucky Schools; and is a lifetime member of the President’s Society of Bellarmine College. Mr. Nichols was inducted into the Junior Achievement Kentuckiana Business Hall of Fame in 1989; was named the University of Louisville’s Alumnus of the Year in 2015; was inducted into the Kentucky Entrepreneur Hall of Fame in 2022; is a past director and member of the Executive Committee of Greater Louisville Inc. (Louisville’s Chamber of Commerce); has served on the Governor’s Council on Economic Development; the Board of Directors of both Actors Theater of Louisville and Kentucky Opera; and several other community organizations. Mr. Nichols was one of the longest serving members of the board of the Louisville Regional Airport Authority, serving as both vice-chairman and chairman, during his tenure. He was also the primary catalyst behind the billion dollar expansion of Louisville International Airport, and the decision by United Parcel Service (UPS) to make Louisville its corporate headquarters for UPS Airlines and their main domestic and international hub. In addition, Mr. Nichols was instrumental in developing the concept for and implementation of Metropolitan College - a program that pays the tuition (including room and board) for college or post-high school technical training, for any part-time UPS employee. This program greatly aides in the retention of the majority of the 6,500 part-time employees at UPS Worldport - its 5,000,000 square foot sorting hub, located at the center of Louisville International Airport. Metropolitan College is credited with allowing thousands of Kentucky high school graduates, who otherwise could not afford an advanced education, the opportunity to obtain a college degree or advanced technical training.

Brian Lavin
Chief Executive Officer
Brian F. Lavin serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of NTS Development Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates. As such, Brian is responsible for all NTS real estate development and land acquisitions, and oversees the management of all office buildings, business centers, multi-family and single-family residential divisions. Prior to joining NTS, from November 1994 through June 1997, Brian served as president of Paragon Residential, a division of Paragon Group, Inc. (NYSE: PGI) and prior to 1994, as vice president of Paragon’s Midwest Division. In this capacity, he directed the development, marketing, leasing, management and financing for Paragon’s Residential 12-state multi-family portfolio. Paragon Residential developed and operated multi-family properties with an aggregate of 30,000 units in the Midwest and Southeast sections of the United States. Brian has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Kentucky and certified property manager. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, council member of the Urban Land Institute and member of the National Multi-Housing Council. Prior to his current membership with the World Presidents’ Organization, he was a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization. Brian has served on the board of directors of the Louisville Science Center, Louisville Ballet, Greater Louisville, Inc., National Multi-Housing Council, Louisville Apartment Association, Louisville Olmsted Parks Conservancy, Inc., and the Inquiry Commission for the Kentucky Bar Association. He currently serves on the President’s Council for the University of Louisville, the board of the Louisville Regional Airport Authority and the University of Louisville Board of Trustees.

Greg Wells
Chief Financial Officer
Gregory Wells is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for NTS Realty Holdings, L.P, NTS Development Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates. He manages all accounting, financial operations and reporting for the company and its affiliates. Additionally, he oversees Risk and Compliance, Tax, Information Systems, Human Resources and Administrative Service functions for the company. Greg is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from George Mason University. Prior to joining NTS, Greg served as Chief Financial Officer for Hokanson Companies, an Indianapolis-based real estate developer.”

Neil Mitchell
Chief Investment Officer
Neil Mitchell serves as senior vice president for NTS Realty Holdings, L.P, NTS Development Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates. He is responsible for all capital transactions, disposition activities and corporate level asset management. Neil attended the University of Dayton, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He also holds a M.B.A. in finance from Bellarmine College. Prior to joining NTS, Neil was a lending officer for PNC Bank.

Rosann Tafel
General Counsel
Rosann Tafel has served as Senior Vice President and In-House Counsel for NTS Development Company and its affiliates for the past 22 years. Prior to joining NTS, Rosann spent almost 20 years in private practice, concentrating in the areas of real estate development, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial development, leasing, financing and asset-based financing, representing developers, lenders, borrowers, commercial office and retail landlords and tenants. At NTS, Rosann is responsible for negotiating, documenting and closing major commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, programmatic and single joint venture arrangements, various other asset-based transactions, office, retail and multifamily developments, leasing, management and financing transactions, as well as counseling the company’s officers regarding many aspects of general business and real estate law. Rosann holds an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Indiana University and is a graduate of the University of Louisville School of Law where she was a member of the Brandeis Society for Outstanding Legal Scholarship.

David Pitchford
Treasurer
David Pitchford serves as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of NTS Realty Capital, Inc., NTS Realty Partners, LLC, NTS Corporation and Subsidiaries and NTS Affiliates. David is responsible for the development, management, operations and policies related to the Accounting and Treasury functions of all NTS Affiliates. The responsibilities include all internal and external financial reporting, loan covenant compliance, cash management, short-term working capital and debt management, payment processing, and electronic banking collections. He is also responsible for NTS’ accounting department staff recruiting, retention and development. David also oversees the tax preparation for NTS, and various special projects. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Sullivan University.

Tony Fluhr
Managing Director
Tony Fluhr serves as Managing Director of NTS Development Company where he oversees the brokerage and leasing services for NTS and other clients, as well as overseeing the property management and engineering services for the company. He is responsible for a portfolio of more than 3.5 million square feet of office, medical-office, industrial, and retail property in the Louisville, Lexington, Indianapolis and Evansville markets. Tony has been involved in a wide range of real estate transactions, including significant corporate headquarter projects, highly specialized medical/healthcare transactions, build-to-suits, redevelopment projects, land sales and the like. Tony has over 17+ years of experience in the management, development, marketing, and leasing of commercial real estate and has been involved in more than $1 billion of real estate transactions during his career. Prior to joining NTS, Tony was in asset management with Meridian Realty Investments, a diversified real estate company that provided a variety of tax-advantaged investment programs for individual investors. He holds a degree in Finance from the University of Louisville, as well as the distinguished SIOR & CCIM real estate designations. Tony is interviewed regularly as a leading expert in his field in publications such as Midwest Real Estate News, Business First, SIOR Report, and CIRE Magazine. He is a member of SIOR (the Society of Industrial Realtors), the CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member), SIOR Indiana/Kentucky Chapter, CCIM Kentucky Chapter, the Urban Land Institute, and ULI Kentucky Chapter. He has served on numerous boards including the CCIM Kentucky Chapter (including being the former Kentucky CCIM Chapter President), the Louisville Energy Alliance (LEA), ULI Kentucky Chapter, Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP), and March of Dimes (Kentucky Chapter).

Greg McDearmon
Managing Director
Greg McDearmon serves as Managing Director of NTS Development Company where he oversees the operations for 20 apartment communities throughout Kentucky, Florida, Indiana, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia as well as the marketing team. He joined NTS in 2004 and has been an integral part of NTS' growth in multi-family — from approximately 1,700 units to over 6,000 units. He currently serves as President on the Board of Directors for the Louisville Apartment Association and is an active participant with NMHC and ULI's Multifamily Product Council (Green). Greg earned a degree in civil and environmental engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, where he graduated in 1999 as the Distinguished Naval Graduate. He was an active-duty U.S. Navy officer for over five years, during which time he served as First Lieutenant onboard the USS Cole and as the Navigator onboard the USS Ross. His final assignment on active duty was as an instructor at the Navy and Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center. Greg obtained his M.B.A. from Auburn University in 2007.

Matt Ricketts
Managing Director
Matt Ricketts serves as Managing Director of NTS Development Company and is responsible for the acquisition, zoning, development, construction and sale of assets within the NTS portfolio. His leadership has been paramount in the development and construction of numerous multi-million-dollar real estate projects in the residential, multifamily, retail and commercial sectors. He is responsible for all large capital improvement and construction projects within the NTS portfolio. He joined NTS in 2000 and is an integral part of the company’s growth in the premium office and multifamily segments. His most recent, award winning projects include multiple Class A+ office buildings in the ShelbyHurst development, a downtown office tower, a state-of-the-art parking garage, and several well renowned “top of market” luxury apartment communities. His high architectural and construction standards paired with his attention to detail ensure NTS’s standard of legendary excellence carries on for years to come. Matt earned his B.S., M.B.A. and Master of Engineering Degrees while earning a minor in communications, all from the University of Louisville. His professional involvement includes the Building Industry Association of Louisville, Greater Louisville, Inc., and the Urban Land Institute. He also currently serves on the board of directors of the Louisville Downtown Development Corporation, the Special Olympics of Kentucky and the Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America - Lincoln Heritage Council.

Tim Wood
VP of Construction
Tim Wood serves as the Vice President of Construction Services and Tenant Finish for NTS. He is responsible for overseeing the construction and renovation of all tenant suites managed by NTS which encompasses a total area of over 3.9 million square feet, spanning across various buildings, management portfolios, and states. Tim oversees every aspect of the process, starting from the initial meetings with potential tenants where he provides valuable input in designing their new suite. He then manages the creation of construction documents, handles estimates, conducts bidding, supervises contractors throughout the construction phase, and ensures a seamless turnover of the completed suite to the tenant. Tim enjoys the diversity of these projects, ranging from substantial 162,000 square foot build-outs to smaller 900 square foot renovations. With an impressive career spanning over thirty-five years at NTS, Tim's journey first began as a draftsman at Presnell Associates Engineering and Architecture before joining the company. He holds an Associate’s degree in Architectural Design and Drafting from The Louisville Technical Institute.

David Howell
Project Manager
As a Project Manager, David Howell brings 12 years of expertise to our construction team where he manages projects from the initial bidding process to the final punch list. With a background backed by an HVAC journeyman license and an HVAC master license, David has a solid foundation in the technical aspects of construction and HVAC installation. Notably, David's work experiences include service management roles at The Overlook and The Willows apartments, construction and maintenance roles at Atria, and five years in HVAC installation and service. As Project Manager, David has played a pivotal role in prominent projects such as the construction of Upton Oxmoor Apartments, Westloop Apartments, and Sagemont Apartments, as well as the renovation of Hurstbourne Grand Apartments. David’s hands-on experience and comprehensive skill set make him an invaluable asset to our team, driving successful project outcomes and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Steve Slone
Tenant Finish Field Mgr
Steve Slone serves as Tenant Finish Field Manager at NTS Development. With over 13 years of experience, Steve has been involved in hundreds of tenant finish projects, including notable projects at Oxmoor Farm Apartments, 805 and 465 Whittington Parkway, and the renovation of Norton Medical Plaza I medical office building. Steve's responsibilities encompass protecting NTS properties, managing subcontractors and contractors, controlling debris and demoed materials, acting as a liaison between projects and operations, tracking job progress, problem-solving, and maintaining good communication with building managers and service technicians. His positivity, availability and proactive approach ensure that each job site is running smoothly and efficiently. Steve holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Sullivan University. Outside of his professional endeavors, Steve is a singer/songwriter who loves camping, fishing, riding motorcycles, playing golf, and refining his videography and photography skills.

Clare Martin
Project Coordinator
Clare serves as a Project Coordinator and Administrative Assistant providing administrative support and coordinating various tasks within our Development and Construction Team. Her role involves assisting with project management/tracking progress with related invoicing, communication, and administrative functions to ensure the successful execution of construction and development projects. Holding dual undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Management, as well as an MBA from the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky, Clare combines academic expertise with practical experience. Additionally, Clare holds a certification in Distillation, Wine, and Brewing Studies from the James B. Beam Institute at the University of Kentucky and is a certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Uber Freight. Outside of work, Clare is actively involved in the Kentucky Chapter of the Bourbon Women Association and stays connected with the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority as an alumni member. In her free time, Clare enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and exploring Louisville.

Stephanie Burns, a pivotal force at NTS since 2006, brings over two decades of unmatched experience and expertise as Vice President. She adeptly manages multifamily properties in Tennessee and Texas, driving transformative renovations and successful lease-ups. Known for her innovative resident-centric approach, Stephanie has set new industry standards, from creating unique resident spaces like the Pampered Paw pet spa concept used across the NTS portfolio to orchestrating a 1,200 square foot yoga studio. Beyond her remarkable contributions within NTS, Stephanie's dedication to the industry is reflected in her active involvement in various associations. In 2019, she assumed the role of Chairman of the Board for the Greater Nashville Apartment Association. She continues to serve as an Active Past Chairman on the GNAA’s Board of Directors and serves as a Nashville board member for the Tennessee Apartment Association. Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Memphis and several impressive credentials from the National Apartment Association Education Institute, including CAPS, CAM, and CALP, underscoring her dedication to mastering every facet of her profession.

With a passion for excellence, Mary Jo continues to make impactful contributions to NTS and the multifamily sector.

Nick Krauter
Director of Property Mgmt
As Director of Property Management, Nick brings youthful energy to the NTS team. His role involves resolving complex challenges unique to NTS's multifamily operations. With a proactive problem-solving approach, he tackles each obstacle head-on. Beyond his proficiency in addressing special issues, Nick also assists with NTS’s long-term capital planning and strategic value-add initiatives. Drawing from his diverse experiences, he excels in navigating the intricacies of each project, contributing significantly to NTS's achievements. Nick's journey with NTS began in 2015 as an intern in the Indianapolis office and continued throughout college, until joining full-time in 2020. He's taken on responsibilities such as Project Manager, overseeing renovations exceeding $15 million, and Investment Associate, assisting in the recapitalization of multiple NTS apartment communities and office buildings. In his current role, Nick loves the fact that ‘every day is different’. Based in Dallas, Nick spends his days working to improve the lives of NTS residents and his evenings pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Southern Methodist University. Alongside his professional pursuits, Nick actively engages with his communities. Nick is an active member of the TREC Young Guns in Dallas and the Young Professionals Association of Louisville.

Whitney Beiting
Multifamily Operations
Whitney Beiting serves as Multifamily Operations Manager, bringing over 8 years of multifamily expertise to our team. With a passion for providing operational support to NTS’s multifamily communities, she consistently delivers effective communication, adaptability, problem solving prowess,and professionalism. In her current role, Whitney successfully researches and implements new services and policies that enhance employee, prospective resident and current resident experiences. She also manages the multifamily portfolio- wide learning and development program which ensures compliance with all Fair Housing laws. Notably, she has played a pivotal role in implementing key initiatives, including NTS's "Policy Partner" online employee handbook, the industry-standard online lease form known as "Blue Moon," and the adoption of the online leasing and customer relationship management system "Rent Café CRM" via Yardi. Whitney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Kentucky, where she developed a strong foundation of leadership and management skills, strategic thinking, and customer relationship skills.

Tony Higgins
Community Maintenance
Tony Higgins, the Community Maintenance Manager at NTS, boasts an impressive 38 years of expertise in his role. Having started with NTS at the age of 18, Tony has evolved into one of the company's most esteemed and indispensable figures. Leading a team of 16 maintenance technicians, he orchestrates diverse tasks, from landscape maintenance and event planning to project bids and management. Tony's strong organizational skills and keen eye for property enhancement shine through in his involvement with every NTS property. His extensive experience has instilled a calm and proactive mindset, enabling him to excel under pressure amid the challenges posed by the ever- changing seasons across NTS's vast portfolio while upholding the company's high standards of excellence. Tony's guidance has garnered multiple landscaping awards for NTS from The Beautification League of Louisville. He has also dedicated many years to preparing NTS properties for Louisville’s Homerama, ensuring the initial impression of all spaces reflect lush, vibrant, and meticulous upkeep, working closely with property managers to achieve this goal.

Kris Silvey

Kris Silvey serves as the Director of Multi-family Maintenance, overseeing maintenance for 20 Class-A, garden-style apartment communities across 6 states. After serving a remarkable 26 years in the United States Navy as a Senior Chief, Kris transitioned to NTS 13 years ago. Kris’s innate knack for organization, attention to detail, and strategic thinking have been instrumental in shaping the success of NTS's multi-family maintenance endeavors. His exceptional ability to manage large-scale operations, coupled with his dedication to excellence, continues to elevate the standards of quality within our multi-family portfolio.

Multifamily Operations Specialist
Christina Colt, a Multi-Family Operations Specialist at NTS Development Company, boasts over a decade of experience in the industry. She began her journey with NTS at Creek’s Edge at Stony Point in Richmond, Virginia, where she progressed from Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager. She later transitioned into her present role, playing a pivotal role in optimizing resident relations, project management, consulting, and financial success for our properties in Richmond. Beyond NTS, Christina finds joy in family moments with her husband, especially on the golf course, and watching her two beautiful daughters grow and become best friends. Her interests also extend to reading, hiking, and family trips to the beach and their farm in Kentucky. With a degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Christina showcases unwavering dedication to continuous personal and professional advancement, showcasing a relentless pursuit of excellence in every endeavor.

Project Manager
As Project Manager, Kendra Ware skillfully leverages her 12 years of experience in property management, project coordination, and leadership. Beginning her journey as the Property Manager of Willow Lake in 2016, she progressively advanced to managing Carmel Center in 2019, achieving the title of Senior Property Manager by 2023. Recently, Kendra transitioned into the role of Project Manager, where she oversees the Indianapolis interior renovation project, handling everything from scheduling and contractor coordination to budget management and progress reporting. Kendra excels in budgeting, resident relations, maintenance, and reporting, bringing a comprehensive skill set to her role. Her favorite aspect of the job is the opportunity to develop others and make a positive impact on residents' lives. Outside of work, Kendra enjoys exploring new destinations and cherishing quality time with her family.

Senior Property Manager
With a remarkable 24-year tenure at Park Place Apartments, Melissa Pope is passionately committed to curating an exceptional living experience and nurturing a vibrant community. She envisions Park Place as a haven for its residents, surpassing expectations in a service-challenged world. As Property Manager, Melissa is dedicated to leading by example, ensuring she performs tasks she would expect of her team. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Marketing concentration from the University of Kentucky, Melissa has a strong foundation in business strategy, consumer behavior, and marketing principles, which she applies to her role daily. Additionally, she holds her CAM accreditation and has been an active participant on the Central Kentucky Apartment Association Manager’s Key Council. Notably, Melissa earned a nomination for Central Kentucky Apartment Association Manager of the Year in 2013 and received the prestigious NTS Development Company’s President's Award in 2004. Beyond work, Melissa has generously volunteered for various Lexington community organizations as a former member of the Lexington Junior League. She also values time spent with her family and Goldendoodle, and is passionate about attending hot yoga, Barre, HIIT, and Cardio classes to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

Chad Cole
Service Manager
Chad Cole, the dedicated Service Manager at Park Place, has been an integral part of the team for nearly 7 years. His professional career began as a Journeyman electrician, co-owning and working alongside his brother in Michigan for several years. Transitioning into property management over a decade ago, Chad worked his way up from Maintenance Technician to Maintenance Manager, accumulating extensive experience in Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and various other areas. His leadership shines through his exceptional communication skills, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment for residents and colleagues alike. Known for his adept team-building skills, Chad cultivates an atmosphere that encourages growth and collaboration within the Park Place team. Beyond the professional realm, Chad finds joy in spending quality time with his family and their dog, Lucy. On weekends, he can be found cheering on the University of Michigan Wolverines and Detroit Lions or savoring a private barrel pick with his bluegrass Bourbon group.

Allison Zimmerman
Senior Property Manager
Allison is a dynamic senior property manager at NTS Development. She joined the management team in 2015 and currently oversees NTS’ newest development in Louisville, Upton Oxmoor. With 12 years of experience in property management, marketing, and team leadership, Allison brings knowledge and experience that promotes growth of the property and team she manages. Allison played a pivotal role in the nationally recognized lease-up of Upton Oxmoor in 2021. Her innovative approach, adaptability, and emphasis on teamwork were instrumental in achieving this success. Previously, Allison managed The Overlook at St. Thomas for 4 years where she developed and implemented strategies for an extensive renovation of 484 units. Alllison’s forward-thinking mindset has transformed the way NTS communities manage their online reputation and digital presence. Her contributions have placed Upton Oxmoor in the Elite 1% in the nation by J. Turner Research for online reputation for each consecutive year Upton has been open. Upton currently ranks #8 out of 122,000 properties who are measured; and was ranked #1 in the state of Kentucky in 2022 and 2023. Additional achievements include: 2022 LEO Readers’ Choice winner for Best Apartment Community; 2021 Best in American Living Silver Award by NAHB; 2021 CRE Multifamily Project of The Year; and 2021 LAA Team of the Year. Allison graduated from Transylvania University with a B.A. in Political Science. Prior to joining NTS, she worked in state politics and on the 2011 Kentucky governor’s election campaign. Although originally from Indiana, her Kentucky roots run deep. In fact, she got her middle name from Elijah Craig, the inventor of bourbon (who also happens to be her sixth- great uncle).

Kyle Klingenfus
Senior Service Manager

Among her achievements, she managed a multimillion-dollar apartment renovation project, where her strategic leadership led to significant improvements to property performance, including increased rental revenue and a successful repositioning of the property in the market. In 2024, Kristen transitioned to commercial management, bringing with her extensive experience in property operations, tenant relations, and asset value enhancement. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University and has over 14,000 hours of flying time. He is type rated in multiple aircraft, including the EMB120, Boeing 737, Learjet, Beechjet, King Air 300/350, Lear 60, and Falcon 2000. Steve has also served on a peer pilot assistance program within airlines. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, serving in his church, and playing golf.

Karen Payne is the Director of Budgeting and Forecasting. Karen began her career at NTS in 1984 after completing a Bachelor of Science degree at Ball State University. Karen has tremendous loyalty and commitment to NTS and admiration and pride for all of the properties and developments NTS has created over the years. Karen has worked in many roles during her 40 years of service with NTS in accounting as well as property management. In her current position as Director of Budgeting and Forecasting, she works with the property managers and owners to oversee the budgets and forecast for 19 multifamily properties with 5,700 units and 27 commercial/retail with approximately 1.9 million sq ft. consisting of over $165 million in revenue. In addition, Karen is responsible for the budgeting of the corporate entities of NTS.

Stacie Buren is the Director of Fixed Assets and Construction Accounting. Stacie’s journey with NTS commenced in 1995 and has culminated in 19 years of service with NTS. Her responsibilities in accounting have spanned the areas of financial reporting and SEC filings to her most recent role of tracking capital costs. Stacie is a proud alumna of the University of Louisville holding a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Stacie is driven to provide the highest-level work product for all projects that she manages. In her most recent role of 13 years overseeing the fixed asset/construction accounting/depreciation arena Stacie has risen to the challenge of tracking and recording the cost of renovating over 2,300 Apartment Units on an individual basis. She has also overseen the construction cost of 3 multifamily complex new builds encompassing over 900 units as well as 5 commercial new builds representing approximately 630,000 square feet.

Support Specialist
Ashleigh McCabe serves as a Software Support Specialist at NTS Development Company, specializing primarily in Yardi Systems, AvidXchange, Microsoft Products, and SQL server performance. With a proven track record and extensive experience, Ashleigh excels in providing ongoing support to NTS's Multifamily, Accounting, and Commercial departments. Her key responsibilities include setting up new users in NTS software, supporting existing company users, acting as a liaison between NTS and Yardi staff, and documenting/troubleshooting software issues as they arise. Known for her confidence in delivering user support and her ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, technology-based environment, Ashleigh has significantly contributed to NTS's success in onboarding Blue Moon and expanding the current Multifamily and Commercial portfolio. Before joining the IS department, Ashleigh initiated her tenure with NTS on the multifamily side of the company in 2016. During this time, she gained valuable insights into the user side of Yardi Systems, demonstrating her ability to ensure positive customer relations. Ashleigh earned her Master’s Degree from the University of Louisville, underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. She firmly believes that there is always something new to learn and strives to provide an exceptional end-user experience from start to finish.
