The JD Nichols Campus for Innovation and Entrepreneurship comprises two city blocks located directly off of Interstate 65, in the heart of downtown Louisville. Located in the Central Business district and just west of vibrant NuLu, this location is perfect for up-and-coming companies and established corporate headquarters alike. The JDN Campus offers office, lab, retail and parking space including the following: One Innovation Center, 204 E. Market St., 252 E. Market St., Atria Support Center and the JD Nichols Parking Garage.

One Innovation Center is comprised of a robust community of tech-savvy startups. Whether you are looking for a single office, shared laboratory space or even ample shell space to configure into the perfect space to fit your needs; this building has options for your company. For lease by license agreement, One Innovation Center offers flexible terms, shared conference rooms and break spaces, as well as included security during regular business hours. Parking adjacent to the building is available for an additional monthly fee.

252 E. Market St. would be ideal for office or retail space. The 3,786 SF building has a private conference room and features a courtyard area with market lights and a gas fire pit.

204 E. Market St. is home to the Thrive Center, a high-tech facility focusing on a new approach to aging fully. It is also the future home of the newly renamed University of Louisville Trager Institute, which focuses on a new vision of aging as an opportunity.

Campus parking options range from paid surface lots to the state-of-the-art JD Nichols Parking Garage, located at 220 S.
